Orders and Shipping
We ship most orders via USPS 2-day priority mail. You should have your order within 1 week. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.
You can create an account by clicking the Create an Account button at the top right of each page. An account is not necessary to order from us. We do not retain credit card numbers in your account.
If for some reason you need to change your shipping address after an order, you must contact us via email or phone and leave a message immediately. If your order has already shipped there is nothing that we can do unless the Post Office returns the order to us.
You will receive a tracking number that you can use at USPS.com to track your shipment.
We do not keep credit card information on file. You will need to enter your credit card information for each order. Credit card information is not retained by our systems. It is simply passed through to the processor.
We do ship international in most cases. If your country is not listed in the dropdown menu on the order form, then unfortunately we cannot ship to your country.
Not always. Large bulky items may be shipped separately.

Our products are satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied within the first 90 days of the receiving our products, you can return the remaining product for a full refund.

We will need to file a claim with the USPS if your products are damaged. We insure all packages, so take a photo and contact us. If you are present when the box is delivered, and it is obviously damaged you should refuse the shipment. In all cases contact us to determine how we can help get your product replaced.
